JARVIS is the system that manages the inventory for Studio 151. Everything we own is stored as a record within JARVIS, and anytime it leaves our door, we need to make sure JARVIS knows. JARVIS helps us keep track of what we have and don't have, and what equipment we've loaned to others. JARVIS is the core of Studio 151, so we've put together this short introduction to using JARVIS for you.
JARVIS is a web application that you can access from Chrome on the Studio's main computer. In the bookmarks folder, there is a link that will open JARVIS, but most of the time you'll notice a tab in Chrome for JARVIS.
Logging in to JARVIS is simple. On the left, you'll see a link with the text "Please log in". By clicking the link, you'll be brought to the following screen:

You'll see a tile for your user account. If you don't, please let Kevin know so that he can add you to JARVIS. If you don't have a photo for your account, you can learn about how to add one in the FAQ. When you click on your account, your photo will appear in the sidebar on the left and you'll be directed to the Dashboard.
