Items: The availability of an item is determined based on two factors: the item's status and the item's checkouts. If the item's status is "Available" and there are no checkouts of the item without a return date, the item is deemed available.
Kits: The availability of a kit is determined by it's availability property, which can be modified at any time by editing the kit's details.
Photos are provided by Gravatar. To add your photo to JARVIS, you'll need to sign up for a Gravatar account (be sure to use your LSU email!) and upload a photo. Once complete, JARVIS will automatically start using your photo.
